Wide window width   (2000 HU)
Narrow Window Width (190 HU),

window level aka window center
                  is the midpoint of the range of the CT numbers displayed
set to the tissue bein explored.

Lung windows typically have a

wide window width = lots of grays
       1000 to 1500 HU.
a window level
