Entering an internal organ with a needle or making a 4F or larger hole in any blood vessel should not be done without knowing the coags.

Catheter insertion Portacaths, tunnelled catheters and central lines, or internal organ biopsies and interventions

 Biopsy Liver , kidney pancreas lymphnode, lung

Procedure should not be done if >1.5
